Before your installation
Before you book
Send us the model number of the new appliance and a photo of the opening and the hookups. We'll tell you if the cutout, outlet or connection needs changes before the visit.
Cutout doesn't match
Built-in models have exact cutout dimensions. We measure first and tell you what needs adjusting so there are no surprises on install day.
Gas appliances
Tell us when you book that it's a gas model so we can confirm what your connection needs before the visit.
Have all the parts ready
Some appliances need a separate power cord, trim kit or vent parts. Check the installation guide, or ask us and we'll tell you what to buy.
